And neither are the soon-to-be-homeless elderly of Louisiana – because you know, budget cuts – and screw grandma. Finally, Alex Cohen of Earth Defense Coalition joins us to talk Puerto Rico, a colony wrestling with both climate change and colonial capitalism, and what aid and autonomy look like on the ground.
